Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01, notice is hereby given to the members of the Local Board of the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan and to the general public that the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board will hold a quarterly meeting open to the public on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, beginning at 3:30 p.m. at the:

The agenda for meeting is as follows:
CALL TO ORDER
CALL TO THE PUBLIC: Call to the Public is held for public benefit to allow individuals to address issue(s) within the Board’s jurisdiction. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to criticism, or scheduling the matter for further discussion and decision at a future date.
1. Action to approve September 14, 2011 minutes.
2. Discuss and possible action to amend Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Officer Retirement Rules and Procedures, Section “Procedures for Meetings.”
A. Discuss the current rules and procedures, Section ”Procedures for Meetings” that were adopted on 03/98 by the local board, and determine if and what changes/revisions need to be made; OR
B. Possible action to amend the rules and procedure, Section “Procedures for Meetings.”
3. Review and discuss Local Board Newsletters – September 2011 through December 2011 Issues.
4. Action to approve New CORP Member(s).
5. Acknowledge CORP Member(s) that have separated from employment with the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office.
6. Set date for next quarterly meeting, March 14, 2012.
