Location of Incident: Area of S. Highway 95 and E. Madonna Road, Yuma, AZ
On 03-10-2013 at approximately 1250 hours, a witness observed two male suspects chasing the victim in the area of S. Highway 95 and E. Madonna Road. The victim, a 28 year old male of Yuma, had been given a ride by the suspects near Sonic on Avenue B, near 32nd Street. The suspects drove the victim to the area of Highway 95 and Madonna Road and told the victim to exit the vehicle. The suspects then assaulted the victim and took his wallet, shoes, and baseball cap. The victim was able to run from the suspects and flag down the witness who was in the area. The suspects then departed in their vehicle. The victim was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center for minor injuries.
The suspect vehicle was described as a white four door sedan, possibly a 2000 model Hyundai.
Suspect #1 was described as a Hispanic male, mid 20’s, approximately 6’ 1” and 200 lbs, mustache, multiple tattoos on chest and both arms, wearing a white A-shirt, and a black baseball cap.
Suspect #2 was described as a Hispanic male, late 30’s, approximately 6’ 1” and 200 lbs, mustache, wearing a white long sleeve shirt, and a black baseball cap.
No weapons were used during the commission of the robbery. No additional suspect information was received.
