Convicted Sex Offender Has New Address in Yuma County


New Address: Transient in the area of E. 10th Street & S. Arizona Avenue - Yuma, AZ

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office would like to notify the community that Kimberly Faz, 45, is now residing as a transient in the area of E. 10th Street and S. Arizona Avenue in Yuma, AZ. She is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

On December 14, 1993, Faz entered into a plea agreement in the Yuma County Superior Court on one (1) count of Sexual Conduct with a Minor. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation. Her victim was a 16 year old male juvenile.

On December 8, 2008, Faz entered into a plea agreement for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 1.5 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.

Faz is a Level 3 sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
