Auctions & Sales
Perishable, Personal and Real Property
Once property has been seized and is available for auction,
A.R.S. 12-1621,
Para. A, Section 1 requires
notice of sales to be posted at three (3) locations within the county. The
Yuma County Sheriff's Office posts notices at the following locations:
- On this website
- The property location
- Yuma County Superior Court, 250 W. 2nd Street,
Yuma, AZ 85364
- Yuma County Sheriff's Office - Main Office, 141
S. 3rd Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85364
For the sale of personal property other than that
which is perishable, the Sheriff's Office shall post a "Notice of Sale"
for not less than ten days successively before the day of sale as per
A.R.S. 12-1621, Para. A,
Section 2.
Seized property eligible for sale is sold at the
location at which it is stored unless otherwise noted. The "Notice of Sale" documentation will
outline the specific location of sale.
Auctions and sales will take place as a result of
adjudicated court cases, at the following location:
Yuma County Superior Court
250 W. 2nd Street
Yuma, AZ 85364
