Depositing Funds into Phone, Tablet & Chirper (Texting) Accounts
Inmate telephone services, Chirper devices (inmate texting devices), and tablet services are provided by Combined Public Communications (CPC). Family and friends can create an account through CPC to fund inmate phone, tablet or texting accounts. Email communication is available to the inmate through a tablet, attachments through the email service will not be viewable by the inmate. Important: Depositors should be wary of scammers attempting to take advantage of tablet/chirper deposit solutions for inmates. When receiving a request to leave funds on an inmate’s account, ensure you are leaving money on www.inmatesales.com. Always be attentive of tiny variations in the URL. NOTE: Inmates also have the option to purchase phone time for their phone account through their commissary account.
Inmate Phone Account Options
Inmate phone accounts can be funded as follows:
- Direct Pay Option: Call time is added to your phone number. The inmate can only call your phone number with the funds you deposit.
- PIN Debit Online Option: Call time is added to the inmate’s PIN debit account, allowing them to call any phone number with the funds you deposit.
Depositing Funds into Commissary Account
Funds may be deposited into an inmate’s commissary account utilizing any of the methods listed below. Please note these funds cannot be used by the inmate for tablet related services.Inmates may also use commissary funds to purchase phone time; however, they must wait until the weekly commissary order is processed before utilizing the phone time.

Access Corrections
Now more than ever, it is easier for friends and family to deposit money into inmate accounts in the most efficient and secure manner possible. Money (cash, credit card and debit card deposits accepted) can be deposited into inmate accounts in the following ways:

- Via 24/7 Phone: (866) 345-1884
- Detention Center Front Lobby Kiosk: The kiosk is available for deposits Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. The kiosk accepts cash or debit/credit card deposits only. No pre-paid debit cards or inmate release debit cards will be accepted at the kiosk.
- U.S. paper currency will be accepted for the value of deposit only. No change will be given.
- No coins will be accepted for deposits.
- Kiosk deposits require an email address and a government issued photo ID, i.e., driver’s license, Arizona ID card, Military ID card, Passport, etc.
- A valid cell phone number is required where the customer will receive a text message to verify their information.
- Access Corrections Mobile App: Send money and make payments on the go with the “Access Corrections Mobile App” available in the App Store and Google Play. There is a fee charged for this service.

- CashPay Today for Access Corrections: You may register at cashpaytoday.com, get a barcode and make a cash deposit where you shop for a flat fee of $5.95 for gross deposit amounts of $0.01-$999.95. Payment locations include Dollar General, Family Dollar, Walmart, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Circle K, 7-Eleven and Speedway.
